The first post-launch update of Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is coming in, not very long since it came in the hands of consumers.

While new features have yet to be highlighted in the changelog, we noticed some noteworthy changes in the update, which has a robust size of 305MB.

Firstly, with an “X” button, consumers could halt automatic workout detection, a feature available in many of the best Android smartwatches that could drain battery. It is one of the new highlight features when consumers do not want to track their leisure walks.

They could also measure calorie during cycling exercises in the latest improvement, apart from having Samsung Health features on the settings app for better management.

On the quick settings panel, they could be able to add volume controls to manage their content more easily as the robust quick settings on UI Watch on the Galaxy Watch 4 can span multiple pages.

Lastly, the update will also enhance the watch’s stability.

Though it is not the first update for Galaxy Watch 4, it appears that a steady flow of improvements will be made to an already impressive smartwatch, like the newly added WalkieTalkie app.

We also note that firmware version R890XXU1BUH9/R890OXM1BUH9 should be rolling out to users in the US and Europe.
